At GlintCase, we want every jewelry organizer, cosmetic organizer, and storage solution you receive to feel like the perfect addition to your space. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help — simply, fairly, and with care.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if:
- You notify us within this timeframe
- The item is unused and in its original packaging, where applicable
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, opened, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original protective packaging, where packaging is required to prevent damage
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted products
- Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team and provide:

- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable

Return & Refund Process

2) Return Instructions
If approved, we will provide:
- Return shipping instructions
- The return address
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3) Refund Issuance
Once the returned item is received and approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- All returns must be pre-approved and sent back in original condition and packaging
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged
- Returns showing signs of use, mishandling, missing packaging, or damage after delivery may be declined
- Excessive or suspicious return activity may result in review or refusal
